What can we offer?
Well.. for a cheaper price than normal, you could purchase the DVD/game of your choice which would come in the new Lite version - which is simply the printed disc in a plastic sleeve instead of our normal supersize version which is the printed disc/DVD case/box art which we normally send our orders out in.

We can offer the Lite versions of any CD/DVD product on the store at a smaller price than usual.

ALL orders for any discs on our store will now come with disc printing as standard at no extra cost or price increases on any of our products.

They do look like the genuine article now found in the shops and we hope you will be very chuffed with your new printed discs once you receive them.

EDIT: We are awaiting a further batch of printable discs for DVD Movies and WII games so there may be a short delay of a few days while we get these new printable discs in stock... for all XBOX 360 customers, your orders will already come with printable discs as standard.

The range is rapidly expanding and we have so far collected EVERY DS game on the planet upto todays date (16/8/08) and we are collecting new games daily to add to the list.

You will NEED to purchase either a CycloDS Evolution card (which is the one we have and the one we recommend!) or the R4DS or other suitable card to put the .nds game files onto to play on your DS handheld, we can help with installing your games on your chosen card if you need the help - all you have to do is ask :)

The price of the games individually is £2.50 each - but we offer discounts on larger/bulk orders.

This has now been improved a lot more so we can get our orders completed and despatched very very quickly indeed with the minimum of delays and fuss

* DVD Cases
This is especially aimed at WII/XBOX 360 customers ideally - but have you noticed you brand new colour cases especially for the console you are buying for? White for the WII and Green for the XBOX.....
We wanted to imrove on the quality of all our console backup sendouts and this is one of the options suggested by our team at no extra cost.

Lets see the 'competition' do this as well - or will they have to put their prices up to compete?

We think the new design on the store looks a lot classier than the older version and looks more the part of a professional service so we are very thrilled to have this in place.

We are open to anyone trying their hand however at redesigning the logo at the top of the store in order for it to look even better (as long as we keep the XL Trading text of course) so if anyone fancies giving it a bash - let us know by emailing us directly at info@xltrading.co.uk

Secondly - we have fixed the payment gateways... to a degree.
When click your payment option now, it will send us the order and send you to a finish screen that tells you we will be invoicing you directly.

We know its not as good as taking payments directly, but for security purposes - this is a lot better for us in particular and at least the payment gateway screen is doing its job properly now instead of leading to a standard text screen.

Also new on the store - the ability to send us a review of the store and its products, by clicking the submit a testimonial banner on the storefront itself - so you now have your chance to let us know what you think of the store and show other people in the process.

We are proud to announce that the WII has officially been hacked to death enabling Virtual Console games, previously only purchasable at the WII Shop online to be installed from a memory card in your WII console.

NOTE:
You MUST own the following to have this work correctly.
* A modded WII that can play backup games - PAL games especially (THIS IS ESSENTIAL)
* 64MB+ SD memory stick that is used in the WII (THIS IS ESSENTIAL)
* A copy of The Legend Of Zelda - Twilight Princess for WII (THIS IS ESSENTIAL)

What the hack does which we provide here at XL is a small file is placed on your SD card which you then transfer to your WII via the System Management/Data area which then pre-loads the game installer onto your WII for you.

You then boot Legend Of Zelda and when it shows up the hack installer in the savegame slot, load it into the game.

When you start the game - walk a few steps and the installer program will automatically load up on-screen (black screen with white writing and code on it)

All you have to do then is press the RESET button on your WII when asked to and the game installer will install itself to your WII menu.

Sorted!

From then on - the games we supply, can be put on the SD card and then installed using the new WAD Installer channel which will appear on your WII menu... bloody good eh!

ALSO: and this is a BIG bonus!
Say for example, you got bored of a game - it is easily uninstallable from the WII System Settings/Channel menu - ALSOOOOOOOOO...... if you bin it from the WII and the memory card - you can download it again FREE from the WII Shop online!!!

How cool is that?

However, we can announce our PSP modification service which we have a specialist in our midst who can now modify any PSP (fat or thin) to a custom firmware installation - meaning, that you will be able to play backup PSP games on your own PSP.

We are still at the intermediate stage of this process - and implementation is still a short way off at the moment but the price we have settled on for this service is as follows:

£15 for the downgrade/custom firmware installation with FREE custom firmware upgrades for life
This price also includes our full helpdesk support on any PSP subject in regards to the modification any any other aspect of PSP gaming.

The price does not include postage costs - as we are looking into ways of:
* Customer sending PSP to us
* Us sending the PSP securely back to the customer.

At the moment, we would not like to use our normal 1st Class Postage service that we normally use as sending PSP's back to customers would require either a Recorded or Special Delivery service to ensure maximum protection for all deliveries.

We are investigating the prices of couriers to and from customers for this service but this is still on-going.
